 A HEALTHY NEW YEAR

I ditched all the crazy fad diets and decided to start eathing Healthy instead. I have been on one silly diet after the other. And to be fair, I have lost weight on many of them. But, the trick is to keep the weight off. I really feel like a boomerang since I seem to keep coming back to the same old bad eating habits.

My first order of business is to get rid of all the high calorie, high sugar sweet drinks. No more fruit juice or chocolate milk. I am drinking water, water, water.

Water, water, water. Clean and pure water. Part of eating and being healthy is avoiding sugarary drinks. I'm ditching the sodas for the nice pure water I've stocked up on. And not only the water for drinking. I'm also going to work out 3 days a week doing water aerobics. So, I will be putting good healthy water into my body and me into the wonderful world of exercising in a pool of lovely refreshing water. I have a bad knee, so this will be a fantastic low impact exercise program for me to do.




And once I have that good habit in place, I am going to start eating like a normal person. I've found a wonderful frozen healthy dinner in the new Baked Healthy Choice Entrees'. Here I am eating a fabulous feast of Baked Lasagna with Meat Sauce. Now doesn't that look good and healthy?






I am starting my New Years early and I hope I can do some bragging by Valentine's Day.
